CheckWriter.app (checkwriter.app) is provided by Grizzly Logic LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The service
CheckWriter.app lays out and prints checks from information you enter. It does not mail checks, transfer money, verify funds or connect to your bank. We are not a bank, a payment processor or a money transmitter.
Your responsibilities
- You may only print checks drawn on bank accounts you own or are authorized to sign on. Printing a check on someone else's account without authority is fraud, and we will cooperate with law enforcement.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account numbers, routing numbers, amounts and payees, for keeping blank check stock and printed checks secure, and for the funds in your account.
- Banks decide whether to accept a check. Test a check with your bank before relying on printed checks, and follow your bank's requirements for check stock, toner and positive pay.

Not legal, banking or tax advice

No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including that a bank will accept a printed check. To the extent permitted by law, Grizzly Logic LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or checks created with it, including returned items, bank fees or fraud by third parties.
